Beautiful piece - good experience.

I bought this piece to go with another piece in the same line I had bought previously elsewhere and both pieces are really well built, solid, high quality pieces of furniture, well packaged for transit and with very well matched consistent finish. Experience with Skandinavia staff was excellent. I bought it online and was supposed to set up a time to collect from the warehouse but I was in the area and dropped by unannounced on the off chance on a Saturday morning when they were supposed to be closed - mainly to verify where it was. But a staff member was there and kindly helped me with the pickup there and then. They didn't need to do this, they could have just told me to make an appointment, but I was impressed that they didn't do that, and took the time to go the extra mail and help me there and then. Quality furniture, quality people. Strongly recommend.
